Trial registration privacy notice.
This notice explains how information submitted through the StruGen trial form is used.

Information collected
The trial form collects your full name, email address and, when provided, company or organization name. The registration service also records technical information needed for security and abuse prevention, including a one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address and a limited user-agent value.
How the information is used
StruGen uses the information to create and administer the requested trial, send the activation and service emails, provide licensing support, prevent repeated or automated trial abuse and maintain an operational record of license fulfillment.
Where the information is recorded
The registration is recorded by the StruGen trial service and the corresponding trial license is recorded by the StruGen license server. The protected license-fulfillment credential is never sent to the browser.
Retention
Registration and licensing records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the trial, support the license, prevent repeated trial abuse and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Product communication
The required checkbox covers trial creation and necessary activation or service communication. It is not a general consent to unrelated marketing.
